    Nope, that's the same hazing. It continues all along that general area.

        General comment after years of buffing out paint and watching others buff out paint...

        The red or upper sections you marked are the places it would be easy, easy easy to sand and buff and over buff.

        The lower sections and the greed outlined door area would be where someone would either have to bend over, squat or sit on their bottom or sit on a stool to buff and tend to not get the same attention/buffing time as the easy to buff areas where it's comfortable to stand and buff.
