for me its not so much the tempature here when it's delievered and sitting outside, but if it sits on a UPS truck overnight outside in like 0 degree weather.

This is what scares me the most. When do temperatures exactly go up a bit there, when does spring start exactly? Sorry but I live way across the pacific in the Philippines a tropical country, that is why I'm asking.

If you are ordering from ADS it should not be a problem it is very warm in Arizona where ADS is located and if it goes to Southern California before it is put on a plane it will be in mild weather all the time other than perhaps the cargo bay of the plane.

At high altitude it would be very cold but this would be true year round.
I have no idea if they have any heat in those cargo planes but if it gets their ok in the summer months I would think it will be OK now also.

Rick at ADS told me he will replace the frozen items but I told him to hold them until he hears from me.
I really don't need the stuff yet anyway so I'm going to wait until spring the weather is starting to warm a little and in another month it will really Begin warming.

Thanks for that, but I'm having my stuff shipped to my sister in Connecticut and it really gets cold there. So when exactly would it be safe to have my items shipped? We are actually in the same boat I already placed and paid for my my order but I'm having Rick hold it for a while after reading your original post.

You probably would be alright a little before that but if you don't really need it wait till then and it will be OK

Well guys I got my supplies and nothing was froze! I had my mom set it in my house when it arrived.

My only problem I have is ADS forgot to send my gallon of Last touch . So I have called Rick and waiting for a return call. Also I have made another list for him to ship with it!!!

thatnks to meguiars i want to mention for the reply on here i really thought i was not going ot get a response thank you for replying also i never received my scratch-x replacement's but thats ok as long as you aknowleged the fact that they turned milky hopefully the formula will change so that doesent happen anymore!
