If it's liquid it'll probably freeze depending on the temperature. If it does freeze, let it thaw and then shake the gallons/bottles and if it doesn't look right, contact customer service.

If you are really worried, just wait a month.

                cm2005300,

Our records do show an email via our website on Friday 2/29 at 5:17 p.m. PT. The next business day, Monday 3/3 , we responded to your email. Directly from our feedback system...

                [3/3/2008] Dear Chris
I first want to thank you for your interest in Meguiar's products and I hope your experience is a pleasant one.
I apologize for the trouble you had with your tubes of ScratchX. It's possible that I can send you replacement bottles. All I need is some sort of proof of purchase. Since you do not have a receipt you can send the bottles and I will send you out and extra bottle to cover for the shipping costs.

Since you have been so disappointed with our customer service we are going to disregard the proof of purchase policy for you and just send two complimentary new tubes of ScratchX. I have already placed the order and you should see two new tubes of ScratchX at your Pittsfield, MA address next week.

                  Technically, none should freeze.

BTW guitarman, good to see you over here too! (a bit overdue, I know)

Re: what can freeze and what can't?

                    I don't know about scratch-X but I ordered a gallon of m135 and a gallon of #40 and # 39 plus NXT2.0
UPS left it on a truck over the weekend in sub zero temp and when I got it unpacked the stuff was like a brick.

I unpacked it and shot it with my Infra red gun and it showed 16F and that was after it had been sitting in the house for awhile.
After it thawed it was fubar so I pitched it
After this I'm going to stock up in the fall and avoid ordering anything in the winter.

^Dang! You tossed all that stuff? I bet that was a big hit to the wallet.

The place you ordered it from should of replaced the stuff. They have insurance for stuff like that.

I think it was replaced, there is another thread about this. But not really sure about it.

Company's should label the shipping box with a contains non-hazardous liquid. Do not Freeze. I have APC+, Hyper wash, Hyper Dressing and Last Touch being deliver tomorrow here on Kansas with a high temp to reach 43 and the low of 17. I hope it will make it through the cold weather fine!! UPS get here at about AM and I get home at PM so hope its fine!! Should be above freezing when delivered.

for me its not so much the tempature here when it's delievered and sitting outside, but if it sits on a UPS truck overnight outside in like 0 degree weather.
