Good insight, it's apparent to us you've tried to wash your pads out.

Just to note, same thing happens when you try to wash out NXT Tech Wax.

Actually, our $6.00 A12 Cleaner/Wax beads water really well and creates a nice, clear finish.

You might be able to find M26 Hi Tech Yellow Wax as mentioned by HagFan.

We discontinued M16 Professional Paste Wax but it beads water really well and creates a lot of gloss. We used it for our LSP on this...

I whole heartedly agree with Mike in orange. The cr test is flawed from the get go. So to are the results. i personally will go with what I know works from 'testing in my lab".

Right. And I'm sorry I did. I think I squeezed out about an ounce that was already fully priming the pad. It's in the plastic bag now and labeled #21.

Well I'm going to get some nu finish. This test is dumb, and the reason is that an LSP (while making some alterations in the apperance of a surface) is only the icing on the cake. Proper prep work makes the majority of the final apperance.

The original post in this thread had actual gloss data. When CR tested waxes last year, they provided no technical data or other criteria to judge the differences between excellent/very good, etc. They judged gloss subjectively (no measurements). You often do not know if they "graded" on a curve or used absolute criteria (like how do you measure beading? beads per inch?).

It is like testing loudspeakers but not showing you the freq response curve. Every speaker is unique and the sound different although they can have the same spec -- 50 to20K +/- 3dB. I am sure wax is the same way.
