Yep, that's my new baby. I've got the "it's not a vette" response from quite a few people I know. Anyways, if you can't find it in any stores locally, then online is your best bet.

Vettemaniac..........nice ride (Challenger, that is!) Sort of, reminds me of a ride a had MANY years ago........a '66 plymouth Barracuda. The guy I bought it from had done extensive work to the engine bay and chassis, so he could shoe-horn a 426 hemi into it.........yeeeeeee haaaaa!!!

I stuck a Hurst 4 speed "slap shifter" into it, and changed to a Hayes racing clutch with an Ansen scatter shield (so I wouldn't risk losing my foot at burnouts up at New England Dragway on Wednesday nights) - called "grudge night". You could race anyone - no rules.) Much fun. Much burned rubber, 2 broken Moroso "breakproof" rearends!!!! They just don't make "American heavy metal" like that anymore!!!

Anyway........good luck with your new "baby"!

The Barracuda is another one of my favorites. Mine has a 3 speed Slap Stick in it (automatic). I could only imagine this with a 426 hemi in it... there aren't too many of them left. They were only in the 70-71 Challenger's though, and I want to keep most of it original and keep the number's matching. Oops, didn't mean to hijack the thread there. Again, the car looks very good for a first attempt, especially being tan!

Very good work. Its hard to get that much pop and shine out of a light colered car. Way to go. Glad the wife is happy.

but everyone likes a clean car.

when have you ever said 'nice ride' to a dirty car.

all nice cars are kept clean. usually anyways. in my area for sure.

least aggressive product first. TEST SPOT!!!
