Can always go with the Aluminum Wheel Wash, or just your regular soap and water if cleaning often.

To correct any stains?, just a all metal polish?

For painted wheels, you would want to use paint care products.

For bare metal wheels, you would want to use the metal polish products.

Yup. Definately would not be using this if washing regularly.

Well, it's not like after a certain set time something bad automatically happens, we just want you to follow the directions on the bottle, simple as that. Apply the product to a hot surface could cause it to flash dry, and it should not be allowed to dry on the surface. Since your car has factory supplied wheels, if you just spray it on, agitate with a wheel brush or wash mitt and then fully rinse off you won't have any issues.

IMO it is for people who do not keep up with a regular wash and who do not want to or have the time to put some effort into hand washing them every time they wash the car. If you put some time into them every wash then you can use a milder wheel cleaner to get the job done. Why use some kind of an acid based cleaner on your wheel? There are better ways.
If you have bare, high polished aluminum wheels yes, it will stain them. But the OEMs do not supply such a finish due to the very high upkeep required and the extremely delicate nature of that finish. Very old clear coated wheels where wheel weights have been repeatedly mounted and dismounted to the point of compromising the clear coat can lead to a leaching of the product under the clear and potentially staining a coated aluminum wheel, but those are very rare cases. Even on the painted and clear coated after market wheels on my own car I've never had the slightest hint of an issue when using this product. Of the factory wheels on our other cars at home, same thing - never a problem when used properly.

And we never have a problem telling people that if you're really, really worried about anything or you don't know what kind of wheels you have, using soap and water is always an excellent alternative. But Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner, when used on factory coated wheels and using the indicated directions, is a perfectly safe and highly effective wheel cleaner.

Safe to use every wash? Say for people that wash 2-3 times a month?

Anyway I disagree a little. Its a pretty broad recomendation to say it is completely safe on any factory coated wheel thru the years. Paint and clearcoat technology has changed greatly in the last 20 yrs.

It's important to note that while this product may be safe on factory wheels, if you have aftermarket brake components, it may not be safe for them. This product caused a bit of damage to my calipers, rotor, and lug nuts as well. I would guess that this product is only safe on OEM wheels WITH OEM brake components.
