Re: So many, many products
Although I won't pretend to know the actual sales volumes, Meguiar's has the best selling consumer wax in the United States. Obviously, a large percentage of Meguiar's sales come from their Consumer Line of products.
The number of products available at retail stores is not overwhelming. If it were, Meguiar's wouldn't be #1.
Consumers who buy car care products at Target or Walmart are not interested in or see shelves full of 83, 82, 80, 7, 9, 00, 21, 20 etc. They see Nxt Wax, Nxt Booster Wax, Gold Class Wax, Cleaner Wax, Microfiber Towels, applicators and two different Meg's car washes.
Auto parts stores may carry some of the Professional Line, but I have to assume that customers who shop there may be a little more technically oriented than housewifes at Walmart.
Things really don't get confusing until you check out Meguiars.Com. or MOL.
