I am planning on polishing out some light scratches and swirls on the lower rear plastic bumper on my Wife's black Mercedes ML350. I have both ScratchX and No. 9, as well as variety of other Megs. products (83, 80, ect..). Because of all of the contours and edges of the bumper, I think that it would be a little easier and safer to do most of the work by hand. I feel that if I use my DA, I won't be able to get the correct surface contact to do the job. Although many people feel that No.9 is very mild, it is still primarily formulated to be a "swirl remover". I was just wondering if one product is actually "stronger" or would be more effective for my application.
Any insight would be appreciated.
