I'm sure this question has probably been asked a billion times, but here goes anyways....
I have a black 2005 TL. I recently got a Milwaukee Rotary buffer, and decided to give it a try. I washed the car, clayed it, and then took to it with a foam polishing pad and some mequiars show car glaze.
The car looked GREAT!! The finish was amazing, only minor minor swirls that you really had to look for.
Here are some pics of the result:

Anyways, it's been raining here for about 6 days non stop, and today I washed it at work for the first time since the buff. Well, I got it out of the wash bay into the parking lot, and under the light, the entire hood looked extremely hologramed.
I have worked in dealerships doing detailing and used rotary buffers before, on all different color cars, and never had this problem (at least that I know of) Now, I was also using those with the waxes and polished that they supplied, so I dont know if it's just the fact that the showcar glaze didn't like the rotary or what!
Any help is greatly appreciated. I know I can go over it with some M80 and then polish, but some details would be extremely helpful on exaclty what to use and in what order!
Thanks in advance,
John
