Your rotors looks scored. Check your pads, looks like you have some issues with your rotors rusting and then the rust heating up and then flying off and bonding to you wheel.

Brake dust can build up and become difficut to remove. I had to use some fine scotch brite to remove some dust from my wheels some time ago.

I'd recommend using our Hot Rims Multi Piece Wheel Wash instead of the Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner. The fact that they are aftermarket wheel the Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner may stain them. I would also use a wheel brush to help clean the wheel a whole lot easier.
your supposed to use the multi piece cleaner for after market wheels????? i have been using all wheel cleaner all this time i hope i haven't damaged anything, but we can even get the multi piece cleaner up here

All Wheel Cleaner is perfectly safe for aftermaket wheels, and "All" wheels for that matter. I'm pretty sure he's trying to imply that while All Wheel Cleaner will work, theres a more specific formula that more keen to his type of wheel.

and of course, Any wheel cleaner with any sort of PH other than 7 could cause damage, I believe the instructions say to rinse off promtly after spraying on the wheel.
