Hi Nick - I was actually just going to post the question - what are the different type of hydrophobic coatings? To answer your question - I'm not sure. I get a lot of cars in and out of my shop, window tint shop, that have these coatings on the interior of the glass.

auction marker etched glass?
i've tried everything.. razor blades , glass polish , windex, isopropyl etoh... nothing will remove ghosting of auction numbers from windows... anyone that can help me !!! -

You could probably try an IPA mix, like Megs surface prep. Or an alcohol from the pharmacy shelf. You could even get away with using Ultimate compound in the glass to clean it.Leave a comment:
