Another typical Thursday Night Open Garage - fun!
We seemed to have a bit of a camera issue though, not discovered until downloading images to a computer, so we're a bit light on pix from this event.
It was basically black car night, with John's new Challenger R/T, Danny's 1 Series BMW, and Zoltan's Chrysler 300.

These are some of the defects on the BMW.....

....this one looked like a ring from a coffee cup or something! We got these out with the DA Microfiber System but the camera had issues so we couldn't capture the afters, sorry.

Nick started out with Ultimate Compound on a yellow W8207 foam polishing pad - start with the least aggressive method, remember! - but we had to step up to the DAMF system for the more severe issues.

Not what you want to see when looking at your headlights.

Much better! This was after sanding with 1000 grit, then 3000 grit, then polishing with the yellow wool pad and PlastX. Put all those items into one box and you have our HD Headlight Restoration Kit. And you get this kind of result!

Passenger side done, driver side still to go (for you Aussie forum members, remember we drive on the, um, "right" side of the road so that changes what we mean by passenger and driver side!_

Plenty of activity in the parking lot as the sun slowly sets.

Claying the hood of the 300, and boy did it need it!
