As always I enjoyed my time at Meguiars. You won't believe the thought, time and effort that went into these products.

Leo brought in ONE AWSOME 55 CHEVY (BIG BLOCK POWERED TO BOOT) Here we are looking at a small amount of spider-webbing. It was nice but not car crazy perfect so Mike had him pull it into the Meguiars garage.

Mike first gives a demo on the proper use of the g-100 with speed glaze. Here is Mike polishing on a classic big block powered monster. DOES LIFE GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS?




Leo then jumps right in. I would have taken more pics but luch (pizza) arrived!



So why are they polishing out a 55 Chevy on a day that is just a preview of Meguiars new assecory line?/ Because they are CAR CRAZY!!

I hope the stores around here (Wal-Mart, Meijer's, and Target) will stock these products as I will be buying a lot of them! But the won't stock them until March.

A free shipping promotion would be nice too (hint, hint) once the products are available.

Of the new stuff, we got the new 100% cotton towel. My opinion of this towel is that it is as soft as a MF!! We also got the plush MF towel. I forget what it's called but it's also a really nice towel.

We got to use a 100% velvet MF towel that was very interesting.

Pretty much everybody but target will carry these items. We did get two new towels as samples. One was a micro fiber the other was a super plush terry towel.

I'm glad to hear about the wide availability. There are the auto parts stores too. But it took the stores in central Indiana forever to stock even a few of the NXT products.

I'm sorry I couldn't go, had to do the Laguna Niguel Holiday Parade. I do have a question though, my biggest headache is cleaning wheels. What new brushes do they have for that and how are they to use?

I really wanted to go I'm wondering how that quick detail pads worked out. Anyone care to share?

Lynn & I used them (quick detail pads) on her Pilot. They worked very well. You would spray detailer on, wipe with one side and remove with the other. Unlike mf clothes, the liquid did not saturate through from the wet side to the dry side.

The quick detail pads were my favorite. They really work well and have solved the multiple towel problem when QDing a car. Two of those will be the first thing on my list.

I really like new cotton towel, its the best towel for me to clean up windows. I also liked washing brushs, I like large size one without handle. It seems to be works better without handle, and there is weight issue when I attached handle. Its very top heavy, so I am not sure if I can wash many cars at once.

I would love to purchase washing brush as soon as available.
