      Hi Blue Thunder,

I had just as good a time as everyone else, (Well maybe not Bill, he's the one with the detailed car!).

I'll start posting some pictures tomorrow.

I wish i was in LA...too bad I'm in NY...

My entire lineup is Meguiar's and I started to show my car this summer. So far 5 shows enterd and took home 1 trophy for each show. Would have been a great experience...

            Thanks, Mike!

Thanks, Mike! It was a great class, and I certainly learned a lot. Thanks for taking the confusion out of all the different types of products! I now know what I need to do to get my car looking great again.

                Thanks!

Thanks Mike & Tim for a great day! And a BIG, BIG THANKS to the rest of the crew who swarmed over my Beetle, conscientiously shining it to a high gloss. One of these days, I'll be posting the pictures I took on Webshots. I'll let you know when I do.

Both Emilie & I will never look at a car's paint finish the same way again. Your enthusiasm and passion made it easy to learn the proper application and operation of the products used in the demo. I can't get that DA buffer out of my head. When are they on sale?

Anyway, I can't wait for the products I ordered to arrive so I can experiment on my pathetic looking Buick GN

                Thanks!

how much pressure is being applied?

when I used my g-100 i rarely press down that much - my pad doesn't look like that - i let the weight of the machine do it's job -

should i be putting that much pressure on the g-100?

and does it depend on the product you are using? - if so - what should you press hard on and what shouldn't you -

                            help?

                              Hey Mike,

While my son was visiting us last weekend, I thought I'd show him what I learned in your detail day a few weeks ago.

I figured the hood on my Buick would be a good candidate to show off my new waxing techniques - Quik Detailer wipedown, clay bar, ScratchX & Crystal polish cleaner application.

I couldn't get him to stop using the clay bar and ScratchX. Both of us were impressed with the results. It was a good father, son experience. However, now I've got the rest of the hood/car to do

                              Here are some pictures
