Thank you Meguiar's for hosting these Saturday classes. I attended my first class about a year and a half ago and came back today for a refresher and update on the new Meguiar's products. The class is so valuable because it teaches us the right way to maintain our cars in a straight forward and practical manner.....when you leave this class you are ready to go home and apply what you learned right away. Mike, you are an excellent teacher with the ability to make complicated subjects easy for us novices to understand. In my garage there are no other car care products but Meguire's.

I want to thank Mike for teaching the saturday class. It was my first detailing class ever and i really enjoyed it. I also learned a lot about how to detail a car properly and efficiently. I hope to take the advanced class and will be using nothing but Meguiars car care products on my cars.

          Awesome class today at Meguiar's!

First we want to thank Ken for letting us demonstrate on his Honda Element. Here's Ken learning how to remove swirls using the G110 DA Polisher with our new Ultimate Compound.

We had a great group of people with at least two car clubs represented and special guest that flew all the way from Bogota, Colombia just to attend our Saturday Car Care 101 Class.

Here's Kristhian Salazar making the letter C (for Colombia), on the face of the W8207 Foam Polishing pad before learning how to use our G110 DA Polisher.

Kristhian gave me a gift he packed all the way from Bogota, Colombia, which will get a new home sitting on my computer monitor.

          Thank you Kristhian!

Again thank you everyone, you were all a lot of fun and I hope you had as much fun as I did!

More pictures on Monday, it's time to close down Meguiar's Garage!

Re: Pictures & Comments from April 4th Saturday Open Class!

            AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME CLASS!

Our fearless leader, Mike, delivered all information in a very clear, concise, easy to understand fashion. Excellent presentation and great 'crowd control'. (rowdy bunch. HA!)

Nice people, pretty cars, wonderful food, and I appreciated the visuals to find the very clean restroom. (I get lost easily.) really

I learned that I'm detailing obsessively fabulous for the inside of my car, pretty darn good detailing the engine, fair with wheels, and a complete know nothing for the outside of my BabyGirl. She's been very patient with me.

I am very, very happy and grateful for the time, effort, energy, and generosity of Meguiar's, to offer this incredible opportunity! There are few people, companies that will go to this level to help car crazy, enthusiasts interested in having a 'traffic stopper' glistening vehicle. I can carry on and on but this was just what I was hoping for.

Thanks and thanks a billion times! I'll be back for as many times as you will have me.

Re: Pictures & Comments from April 4th Saturday Open Class!

Wish I could of been there! Sadly, it's a little far for me to drive. Let's see, according to Mapquest, to drive from Powell, TN to Irvine, CA:

Total Estimated Time: 32 hours 16 minutes
                Total Estimated Distance: 2190.55 miles

Yup. Just as I thought. Little too far. Do some figuring - my car gets about 28 mpg (give or take) on the interstate, so 2190.55 miles/28 mpg = 78.25 gallons of gas. 16 gallon tank, figure I fill up when it hits a quarter tank with gas an average of $2.00 per gallon, I'd spend about $156.50 in gas. Plus motel, food, buy lots of Meguiar's goodies, blah blah blah, I'd go broke in no time. So unless I move out to California or Mike decides to have a class somewhere near Knoxville, guess I'll just have to stay home and look at the pictures. Bummer!

Many thanks to Meguiar's for allowing the public to attend this detailing class. It is truly informative and extremely helpful for a "saturday morning" truck cleaning person such as myself. I picked up a lot of tips and tricks that I cannot wait to try out to make my vehicle look better than it ever has.

Mike, I realize you had your hands full with this jovial crowd. You could not have done a better job guiding and mentoring the group this morning. I do look forward to attending the advance class in the future and look forward to seeing you then.

Again, thanks Meguiar's for offering this valuable opportunity to the public. You have made me brand loyal and proud to spread the good word!

I want to thank Meguiar's for a great line of products. Even more, I want to thank Meguiar's for providing this service, a car detailing class. It was very helpful and I learned a lot. I realize that I was doing a lot of things wrong, and anxious to try some of the new products. Most important, I learned how to "clay" a car and how important it is. I am not one who likes to spend a lot of time on detailing my car, however, I will add another step to "quickly detail" my car.

Mike, thanks for your time and effort in teaching this class. I hope to attend one of the advance classes in the future. As long as Meguiar's sells Vinyl Cleaner #39 and NXT Tech Protect (which I have to buy online), I will be a happy man.

Meguiar's, again, a big thanks to you and your company for offering this class.

Thank you Meguiar's for setting up a class for car detailing. It gives us "the Consumer" a better picture & information on how effective & cost efficient your products are.
Thank you also to our instructor Mr. Mike ******* for explaining into details, on how to use the product & what product to use. Even though the class is long you made it really interesting & lively for us to listen and be interested with all the meguiars product. specially the new 09 products the compound, swirl X,the ultimate wax & the ultimate quick detailer to name a few .As a consumer & frequent meguiar user, now im a believer in Meguiars, before i only use your tech wax 2.0 but after the class i bought your new compound, the deep crystal polish & the clay kit.
My next step is to join your advance class to be able to get a better knowledge about the different kind of machine polisher and which one to buy....but im leaning towards the g110 that i've tested and have fun using it during the class.
More Power to Meguiars and Im looking forward in attending the next class (advance).
