Mars Volta: Scabdates

I am a huge fan of The Mars Volta. Their genre is truly undefined, but if anything its like progressive experimental.

This album is selections from their live performances (which are truly mindblowing). I saw them last summer at the Bonnaroo Music Festival.
Anyway, they have allowed the entire album to be streamed over the internet even before it is released! Awesome!

The first track is an intro, if it gets annoying, just skip to the end of it, and it will load the next track. The Mars Volta tend to be a little "meandering" in their intros and interludes.

The Tremulant EP was my favorite by them. After that I had a hard time getting into them. They have some good stuff, but its really difficult to listen to an entire album the way they'd prefer.
