polish for Aluminum

need help on polishing Aluminum rails on side of new flatbed tow truck, tryed a well known polish but it left streaks, tryed polishing in a back and forth motion still streaked when sun hits it, how can i get the shine with no swirls or streaks? the rails are 20 ft long and 6 inches wide, thank you! I would try Nxt metal polish, applied with a terry cloth. Then wipe off residue with a clean cotton cloth.
