This information was passed on to me concerning the status of shipments.

If you have only received a partial shipment of product, we need you hold tight as some of the products being auctioned are scattered throughout different warehouses and we need some additional time to compile all of the products in to one key location in order to streamline our shipping process for these eBay auctions. It is our goal to get you your products as soon as possible and we are hoping to have this resolved in the next two days.

So if anyone reading this is missing any items from your shipments, Meguiar's is aware of this and working fast behind the scenes to process any missed items. What we like is that if you are missing any items, hold off on e-mailing and calling Aimee because she is flooded with e-mails and phone calls and she's doing everything she can as fast as she can to insure everyone's complete order is fulfilled.

I just posted in another thread that my package was incomplete. However, I received an email from UPS indicating that a second package was en route. At first I was confused as to why I was receiving two shipments but I realized after I opened the first package that the second was merely the rest of the stuff. I'll be rushing out of the office tomorrow again!!!

questions about my orders
I placed two orders on the 12th and 15th and my paypal account reflects both purchases but I have not recieved any information from Meguiars regarding my purchases and when they might ship. I sent Aimee a couple of email messages from my Ebay account and my personal email address and have not had any reply. I know you guys are swamped and I think it's a good thing you are doing just wanted to know if there is a way to track my orders...

I also got a partial shipment, as I suspect they are coming from different places. I believe this stuff was from Portland or something?

Katrina Relief Fund
Hello again gang.
Wow, what a couple of weeks! The Katrina Relief program has far exceeded our wildest expectations and once again I want to thank this community for your support! Once we have completed the program, I will chime in again and give some final figures and let you all know how much we are donating. I just hope we don't have to create a Rita Relief Fund!
Product Availability - If you have products pending to order, I would suggest you close out your order. We have one more, very special product we are going to place on the store later this week, but the mix that is on the store is probably the final mix.
Shippments - As you have seen from Mike's posting, we are getting product from all over the contry and it is taking time to consolidate it to our Global Warehouse for shipment. As you all know and have discussed, Medallion and M16 are the two most passionate products and are also the hardest to come by. We are pulling out all the stops to make this program a success and the main reason for this success is these two products! Rest assured, we will be communicating any issues as they come up, but by the end of the week, we should be caught up on shipments.
I am always amazed at the passion people possess with our products and this program just adds to the belief that we not only manufacturer the highest quality products in the world, but we also have the highest quality customers in the world!

P.S. - I am just as passionate as you...a former owner of a detailing company for 12 years I now get to work closely in this industry at a level I never thought possible...a dream come true!
