I bought some of the regular also. I don't need my daliy driver to look to good for the road.

      Your welcome BJ.

        Thanks.
The threaded end attaches like a normal side handle on a rotary buffer, then there are two places with adjustable tighteners that when loose you can twist the joint to where you like it and then tighten the adjuster handles to lock that portion of the handle into place.

These are only usable on a side-handle rotary buffer like this one...

Thanks for clearing that problem Mike. Darn, I can't use it with mine.

Sounds like a great offer too.

            • Just picked up some of the heavy duty shop wipes (four of them), and bundle of the ultimate wipes.

But the one thing to remember in any case is the money is going to a good cause.

              • Hi everybody,

Please help us to help you....

We're having some problems with shipping charges that relates to how you make your purchases. Each time you pay, (as in finalize a transaction), the shipping charges are based upon the items you purchased in that transaction. If you make another purchase, you will incur a new shipping charge with that transaction.

The point is, if at all possible, try to purchase items in one transaction to limit your shipping charges.

If you make multiple purchases, Aimee can combine your orders and thus minimize your shipping charges with everything but PayPal purchases.

Hopefully the above all makes sense and hopefully if I have any of the above wrong, Aimee or someone else will correct me. The goal is to get you the product you want with the least amount of shipping costs. You have to understand however each time a single shipment leaves the warehouse, (as in a box headed towards your house), there is a minimum charge to ship that box of $5.00 plus a dollar for each extra ordered item.

                Does that make sense?

Aimee... help me out here if any of the above is wrong and I'll correct it.

                • Good Looking Out MIKE P. .....just to add my .02 cents is when you purchase multiple items wait until you get invoiced email (personal email)with all the items and shipping from Aimee...if you go ahead and pay each item you will end up not combine your shipment and will pay more..Also make sure your emails dont end up in the spam folder..Hopefully that right please forgive me if i made a mistake...i am human....

Mike it makes sense, but when I tried to combine 5 items (4 of one and 1 of another), I was not given an option to combine the orders. So I had to do two single orders, unless I missed something, but Aimee did contact me to tell me what the actual shipping charges would be.

What I did was in the second order, gave her the transaction number from the first order, so that the two orders could be combined. You do this in the Comment to Shipper box that is part of finalizing the order.

Is that the type of thing you are are saying?

                      • The problem that I had was that for some unknown to me reason, ebay checked me out and generated an invoice even though I wasn't done shopping.

I'm going to be up for another order soon as I have to get one of those adjustable handles.

                        • Mike, I've already paid. Shipping did seem a little high.

If I over-paid please forward the over payment to the Katrina relief.

I challange other MOL members to do the same.

Mike, if it helps at all (I hope this doesn't confuse anyone), here's my situation:

When I click on "Buy it now," the next page reads, "Confirm Order." At this point I was hesitant to click it becuae I wanted to continue shopping. I took a chance and confirmed the order. At this point, I had the option to "Pay Now" or "continue shopping with this seller." I chose the latter. After I repeated these steps for a few different items, I clicked "Pay Now." The summary showed $25 shipping at this point (see my earlier posts). I figured, I already commited to the order so I might as well go on and I will email Meguiar's and get it taken care of. When I clicked on continue, I was re-directed to PayPal, which changed the shipping to $9. I'm about to make a second purchase but I'll eat the $4 of extra shipping because 1) it was no fault of Meguiar's or Ebay, and 2) for the money I'm saving on the purchase price, it can't be beat

                            • There is one thing I'm unsure about...if I add items to my list today, then more tomorrow, I think at that point, it is treated as two separate transactions. If anyone knows otherwise, please correct me

This is exactly what I did too. I also don't mind eating the extra $4. When I placed my first order, things weren't available that I subsequently wanted, so I placed a second order. Those are the risks, either risk what you want being out of stock later, or of seeing something else you want later. Still a great deal and a great cause, and I knew exactly what I was getting each time.
