    Patience...

Remember, unlike many of us for which a discussion forum is a part of our lifestyle and we interact on it all time throughout the day and often times into the night, some people turn their computers off at 5:00 p.m. and go home. You can be sure, more items will be added soon...

for you guys why is #16 so hotttttt to buy....how does it compare to NXT wax or the others...
M1611 Professional Paste Wax is a what is known as a true hard wax, it was introduced in 1951, it was the first automotive wax Meguiar's introduced. It is a pure wax in that it has no cleaners in it and for this reason can only be applied to finishes in excellent condition, this means new cars, new paint that is at least 30 days old, or older paint that has been previously cleaned and polished. It must be applied using very thin coats as it dries very hard and therefore thick coats are very difficult to wipe off. It adds a lot of gloss when applied to the appropriate finish.

        Product Additions to Katrina

        Hey there gang! Me again.

I wanted to give you all and update on the Ebay Katrina store.

To say this venture has been a success is an understatment. We literally have been bombarded with orders...so much so, we had to slow the product addition down a little bit. We are taking the morning to get caught up and will be adding items later this afternoon. Some will be more of the same, some will be taken down completely (M16 may be one of them) and some will be completely new.

Those of you that are having issues with the freight, hang in there with us. We know it is working as we have over 400 orders pending and by-in-large are all correct.

So again, thanks to all of you for making this so successful and I hope you like what we add later today.

My experience is that you're not really missing anything. The natural replacement for #16 is #21. It lasts longer, looks better, is cheaper, and is easier to work with. If you don't feel like springing for the half gallon, then get the NXT or #26. Or the Medallion MPPP for what,. $2.50? You'll be pretty dang impressed by that one too.

#16 is fun in a certain way. It is a heavy paste wax with a distinct, honest scent that is very satisfying to apply and remove when used properly. There's nothing wrong with it, it's a good product that still works the way it used to. It's had a good long run but its time has passed. There are better choices for the money, unless you like the actual experience of using the product (and there's a lot to be said for that).

They have replenished some of the items such as MPPP, MPPC, 20 pack of UWs, Aggressive clay, and Endurance tire gel. Nothing new yet though.

                          • Well heck, I just bought more stuff. I decided to try those wipes, so I got a couple of each, and I kind of like that wheel cleaner for use on the Chevys. The wipes are so cheap you can't afford NOT to try them; guys, toss a couple in on your orders, for a buck or two each they're a steal! AND it's for a good cause!

                              • For you mild-product lovers, I HIGHLY recommend #00 and #36. Even if you use car wash on wheels, something like #36 is useful when you pull a wheel and clean the backside. Very mild yet with good cleaning ability.
