What I owned became not so important as what I could cadge to drive for a while, which included a Porsche 911 Carerra, Mazda RX7 'vert, Lincoln LSC for a long term demo, Merkur Scorpio demo, Mazda 929, Lincoln Town Car demo... then came the dark years in the early '90s, Luminas and S10 Blazers.)

The Miatas have been my revival as car crazy. They've resucitated my love of driving, polishing, and wrenching!
It's ALL good. All motorsports come from the same part of the heart, whether you're drifting or autoxing or saving classic muscle or modding bleeding edge customized Hyundais or building custom choppers or polishing your Corsica.
