I own a Ford ranger (see avatar) I just used the screen name that I use for my ranger forum. Strange thing is I don't know why I picked "Ranger72" lol I tend to use 72 for numerouse things, I just don't know why.

        Hi Wayfarerwalk,

Seeing that this is your first post, Welcome to Meguiar's Online!

I'm going to guess that a convertible 1950 Dodge Wayfarer is a fairly rare car, could you post a picture of it for our forum member to see?

I am afraid mine isn't as original as some of yours. Nolan is my first name, and the K is the first initial in my last name.

I obtained my screen name from my parents!

Although I don't think in 1961 they knew someday I would be using it on discussion forums all over this new fangled thing called the Internet.

I started posting to the Internet for the first time in 1993, I only have documents that prove this to 1994, but I'm pretty sure I started posting how-to stuff as early as 1993. I was using WinVN Newsreader and Mosaic 1.0 (if anyone knows what these are).

For some reason, back then and still today, I have never liked posting under a nickname, but instead prefer to use my real name. If I had a nickname, it would be Sanger, as my favorite toy in my entire life was the Sanger Drag Boat I purchased when I was 21 in 1982 and sold at the end of 2001 a few years after my son was born.

              Good thread...

                          I could go for that.

"G" - initial of my first name

"15389" - the last digits of my best friend's phone number when we were kids. He died a few years ago in an accident (I had known him for 20 years) and it is just a small way to remember him.
