ScratchX misleading product or typo?

While I was perusing the Meguiar's site I feel upon the ScratchX product and while I was reading the information that was provided on the side and it said this:

Guaranteed to be the most effective way to remove fine scratches and swirls from automotive paint by hand, ScratchX removes light surface contaminants, oxidation and blemishes while it enhances paint color and clarity. ScratchX is not a “cover up” and will cause additional scratches to your paint surface. For best results, apply ScratchX with an Even-Coat Applicator and remove any excess product with a Supreme Shine Microfiber or Ultra Plush Super Terry.

It says that "ScratchX is not a “cover up” and will cause additional scratches to your paint surface". Correct me if im wrong isn't the name ScratchX a little redundant?

And he's right, there is a typo, it reads,

It's missing the word, not where I've inserted it below...

On the tube it actually says it this way,

This product is guaranteed to deliver the highest results possible by hand and it will also remove surface contaminants and enhance paint color. Unlike many of today's scratch removing formulas, Meguiar's ScratchX will not leave more scratches than it takes out. Use for quick touch ups on one section, or revive you car's look with an application to the entire vehicle.
