In case you're not sure what this mean, here's how it works.
If I, or anyone wants to share the link to a thread in the Hot Topics forum, (which I do all the time), instead of typing out the words and coding them, you and I can click to this page, find the name of the thread we're looking for and then simply copy and paste the coded snippet into our post/reply.
