    To me, this looks like "rusty water" spots. Given the region of the country you live in and possible close proximity to steel manufacturing and iron oxide recovery plants, you could have a high level of iron oxide in the atmosphere. It only takes 0.3mg/liter of water to cause reddish-brown water, so when the water spots dry, the iron oxide becomes concentrated in those areas. During my time in the Air Force, I was stationed in Northern Michigan near iron mining operations. My white car had this kind of contamination all the time. Just a thought.

      i tried using the clay bar and that really didn't work. it took some put it still took to long. gonna need to try something else.

        Are these cars or trucks? Look like rust spots. Do they have roof racks? Ladder racks? Rust dripping down in to the paint?

          They are cars. They don't have roof racks. I'm starting to think it's coming off of the trees.
