    ADS not carrying much anymore?

    Anyone heard why Rick doesn't carry much anymore? For years Ive asked for a gift certificate for Christmas. I always use it to buy the new products that meguiars comes out with but this year rick didn't have much. I ordered some stuff from him to use my gift certificate but I had to more my purchases to AutoGeek. I was very impressed with auto geek, they have me free shipping and 20% off my order. Very satisfied with my order from them, so I guess Ill use them from now on.

    Pretty sure Ive been ordering stuff from rick since 2004-2005 or so. Got my first Jeep in 2004 and started detailing soon after that.

    Glad to see you back buddy!

    Me too I've ordered from rick for some time as well and had to also go to AG to get the biggest of my order. Don't know what has happened, I like Rick though he's a pretty good guy!

        Hated to do that. "Hey Rick, been doing business with you for years but Im going elsewhere since you don't have anything, Thanks!"

        I sent him emails asking him if he had certain things in stock. His reply was typically 'we don't have that,' or 'that didn't sell well.'

        Some things he had in stock but when I ordered them, he sent me an email saying it was out of stock.

          Yea, I have noticed the selections at ADS has been noticeably reduced, but Rick has always been an awesome vendor to buy from...never had issues and when I did, he was quick to resolve.

          Just an fyi to everyone...there are almost 300 Meguiar's items available from Amazon.com that ships free with a $35 order. I was surprised to see soo many items....check it out.
          But be aware, Amazon's packaging of gallon sizes is pretty poor, and several times I rec'd my orders damaged...but Amazon resolved issues pretty quickly
