My garage floor is epoxy coated. I normally clean it with just water and a damp mop. The problem is it always leaves the floor dull, like there is a film on it. Has anyone found a good way to clean this type of floor and have it shine again?

You might try Mop & Glow after cleaning. -

Have to agree with "hemi."
I don't have a coating on mine, but after its' yearly scrubbing I use the cheapest floor wax I can locate at the time. Looks decent and does help keep the 'poo' from sticking.
