oh and while you people are considering doing this, perhaps you can record the stream too and put a podcast up somewhere just in case someone is unable to attend the live transmission.

Like me for instance - watching it live results in staying awake until 4AM or something like that.

what about a Online conference with audio video so that we can watch Online live for those who can not attend it can be fed right in to a conference software.

that would be great being able to watch live Online and ask questions its time to move in to the modern communications world.

yes they could just start with a web then move on the conference softare i could provide that at a good price with no caped seating.

the cost would not be relevant to meguiars if they want to do this they just need to get a high resolution web camera with 3 mega pixels or more i would be able to provide the conference room at a great price. we had up to 600 hundred in one of our rooms in meetings so this at no charge per seat just the charge for the room.

one problem is that they usually charge for these demo's they still can with the conference software i provide you can set up a password so that only those who pay can enter the room and change them for every demo.

what i can do is send a zip file of the conference room to any one who wants to see what it looks like inside the conference room.

Hey does anyone know of the best or really good webcam software that would enable us to put up a screen on a webpage?

We're working with a Logitech Fusion Camera at this point if that matters.
