What do you guys suggest? I got hit by some ignorant kid oppening their door too quickly and hit my car and I doubt insurance is gonna help with it. It's pretty noticeable, but what's probably my best option here? I got quotes from PDR guys for $75-150 with one and $80 with another. Do note, I'm just a high school student here, but I do care about what my car looks like.

As seen from this picture, I really hate the person that did this.

The ding looks like right on the edge line. If it is, it will be very difficult to PDR back to perfect result. If your PDR tech is really skillful, he will be able to bring the condition back to "hardly noticeable" condition, and it usually does cost more than normal dent.

In my opinion, PDR will be your most affordable option in this case. If you want the best result, then you need bodywork and repaint.

Of all the other places someone would had left a door ding, it had to be on an edge line. This is causing me so much of a headache. Thanks for your input. Looks like it's PDR for me

Call a few body shops or detailers and ask them if they can give you the number to a good independent PDR Technician they use, try not to set it up with the body shop because the shop will mark it up 20-30% ..when you call make sure to ask them if they can completly remove the dent because you want it back to 100% if he's not confident in his skills call another. I just did one like this today for a retail customer $115 and it came out perfect.
