Re: Do You Do Your Own Vehicle Maintenance?
I twist all my own wrenches on my car
largely due to the connections and friendships I have made in this industry
I dont think I have ever paid "retail" pricing for parts
In the next couple weeks the rear subframe is going to get dropped and all new rubber in the rear

Re: Do You Do Your Own Vehicle Maintenance?
SPAMMER!Originally posted by BluelineI own a silver vehicle and a black vehicle owns me. The black one demands attention, washing, detailing, waxing and an occasional dinner out at a nice restaurant. The silver one demands nothing and it looks just fine. I think the black vehicle is taking advantage of me, and the silver car is more my style. We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.

I am a full time mechanic at work so naturally I have the tools and space to do my own work at home.Practice doesn't make perfect, the dedication to achieve perfection makes perfect. "Smack"
