How has everyone been?

Haven't been on much at all since Spring when Ariana was born. Been busy; it's amazing how big of a difference what a little person can make in life! I've gotten a bit more into "hobbies" that can include the family more. I've gotten into target shooting and plinking, as has my girlfriend. The older daughter has a compound bow that she is able to use in the backyard, and loves the heck out of it. She also enjoys shooting soda cans from a good distance with one of my .22's. Ariana started crawling Christmas night, so she is into everything now, lol. It must have been her present to us. I also proposed to my girlfriend of 6 years, "finally" as everyone says. No date on the big event though.

Here's what the Roush looks like nowadays. Did some stuff over the summer: Front grille is now black again. Front windows re-tinted. Way-too-big visor strip gone (that was on the car when I bought it). Full-Length Weld-In Subframe Connectors were added. Sequential Taillight Kit installed. Rear tires smoked quite a few times. Only a few things left to-do really; half of them more touch-up/refreshing than anything.




The Neon is pretty much the same, I think, as it was the last time anyone here saw it:

Hey there stranger! Congratulations on Ariana and the marriage proposal!!!

My favorite guns are my .22s. Fun to shoot, not real expensive to shoot and don't need a lot of room. Too bad I can't hit anything with the pistol. lol

Car looks great. Much better with the visor strip gone too.

Plinking has always been a favorite past time of mine. If you dont already have one in your collection pick up a couple ruger 10/22's. You can build them up like no other! I always get teased cause my buddies all shoot .223 and .308 when we go out. While I bring out the bigger guns too, my wallet thanks me that I had an all day fun shooting .22's all day for 20 bucks while theyre in the whole $150 plus from shooting the larger ammo

Thank you guys! Ariana is a real blast to be around...except when she is tired but refuses to take a nap, lol!

The .22s are definitely a 10 in my book! We've got a 10/22 and two Marlins. Very inexpensive and very fun to shoot! I've also got a 5.56 and a .308 (expensive ammo as pointed out), so I shoot the .22s whenever I can. Shot a pistol for the first time last week. Not so bueno with one of those.
