  • Vegas Baby!

Ok so I just turned 21 a couple of weeks ago and I'm taking a trip to Vegas this next week for Spring Break. Is there anything in particular I have to go check out?

Check out the Palms for me. I didn't get a chance to go there the last time I went. When I went the first time, I thought there would be all these special offers on beer and food, but I ended up staying on the main strip, Treasure Island. If you make the commute a little further where the Stratosphere is, they have cheap beer and food. However, the drinks are free if you gamble in all the casinos. I was a little intimidated the first time I sat down at a black jack table, but that all passed. If I were you I'd be spending most of my time at the Hard Rock and the Palms.

I was actually more thinking along the lines of clubs and stuff. We're staying at the Jockey Club Apparently it's a condominium place on the strip with no casino. I already have a pretty good idea how to play most of the table games. I've known Blackjack for years, learned Baccarat recently, have a pretty good idea of how craps works (though I'm going to go watch some before I play), and some of the other games like let it ride are pretty simple.

Now if I can just find a two deck blackjack table I can put my mathmatical oriented mind to work

The buffet at the Aladdin is better than the Rio's. They even slice the shells to the crab meat for you!

Happy belated. Be safe...but not too safe.

However places to go: RA in the Luxor, Studio 54 in the MGM, and my personal favorite club Rum Jungle in Mandalay bay. Make sure you make a stop out to the Palms/Hardrock a lot of celebertys hang out there. Make sure to give Poker a try while your here you meet a lot of neat people while playing!
