Re: Wash Horror Story
This is a wash horror story? I don't know how many times I washed my cars in the rain....no issues
I'm afraid to ask if a few birds decide to use your car as a bathroom..."STRIFE" aka Phil

Re: Wash Horror Story
Just sitting in a little rain won't make the car dirty, especially if you just washed it. Had it been several days since you washed and the car was now covered in a light dust and then it rained on it, and it air dried, you'd most likely have areas where the dust collected in the rain drops, and perhaps some water spotting. A heavier rain in this case might actually look better after it dried. Now driving in the rain is going to get the car dirty as all the dirt gets picked up off the road and deposited on the car.Michael Stoops

Re: Wash Horror Story
I seriously thought I was gonna read a story about a car accidentally washed with acetone or paint thinner. Alas... No worries about the rain! I've gone outside just after a quick T-storm and just re-chamois'd the car with a UQD wipe down just after drying.'08 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution GSR- Apex Silver

Re: Wash Horror Story
I just gave an estimate on a black Lexus that the owner had washed at a "charity car wash"... he stated he got sucked in by teenage girls in shorts and bikini tops and it was for a good cause... the car is swirled and they missed a lot of spots... luckily , it appears that there are very few RIDS...Meguiar's Fire/Rescue/EMS, member of the Church of the Highly Reflective Finish!
