So we're in the process of building some displays for a large refuse processing company, one of them being a steel tree, for their recycling pavilion at their main office.
Here it is before treatment:

It is a process of build, then patina with chemicals, then clearcoat in the paintroom.

So I leave to go deliver some samples downtown, and come back to the shop to see this:

Cool- then I realize that they're not in the paintroom. Oh ****- my truck... Noooooo!!! They have a giant fan blowing the air out of the overhead doorway, straight onto the cars parked outside.
Long story short- the 3 week detail of my truck isn't done. Time to clay again.
I will say though- it's pretty cool when done- it looks like steel wood.
