I've always dealt with AG, but I think next time I will give ADS a shot!

Same here. The one time I had a problem with an order it was fixed quickly with just an exchange of a couple of emails. Customer service makes me go back to them. The good prices and weekly specials don't hurt either.

I send my shipment to my freight forwarder in Miami.

Ditto what every one else has said...for many shipments. Also, packaging is great. ADS wraps bottles of liquid in plastic, several layers, seals the caps so not to get any messy surprises when opening the box! That's an extra step that gets my vote!

I placed an order on a Monday at 2 in the afternoon....product was at my door when I got home from work on Tuesday. Always awesome service from Rick.

If I was close enough for shipping that quick without paying for next day air, I wouldn't have a reason to go to a Brick & Mortar store except in absolute mid-detail emergencies.

As it is, order by noon west coast time on Monday, I have a box waiting for me on Friday afternoon.

Hey Ausi, for small items i use a skybox service, i dont know if your country has one , but check your local telephone directory. For larger items i used a freight forwarder, you simply order online and have the items ship to the freight forwarder and then they will ship the item to your country, again look in your local telephone directory for shippers or freight forwarders.

Also there are other online sites that ship internationally such as www.autogeek.net and www.detailing.com.

they send the shipment directly to you, this method i think is the best for your situation. check it out and let use know what you plan to do
