  • Free Samples of AutoMagic products

Yes, I know I shouldn't be posting because I am on hiatus but this is worth wasting a little time. Plus, my psychology professor told I was delving too far into my topic without enjoying life a little. He told me to enjoy life a little, so here I go.

I contacted AutoMagic and emailed back and forth with a great lady from customer service who hooked me up with some free samples.

The directions, as you will see are 2 ounces in a five gallon bucket. If these washes are of good quality, I may have found myself a new line of car soap. I love Gold Class but I don't feel that it cleans enough on dirty cars and my recent love of NXT has gone south since it totally destroyed a coat of GC+ on my Civic the other day. Stuff cleans all too well. But, I still love Megs. I'm just branching out a little. Anyway, the pics of the products.

The soaps are pretty thick and look to be decent. Anyway, I will try them out on Friday hopefully to see how they do.

The CM (blue) clay bar is great and the bottle you can refill and re-use so don't throw it away.

Out of curiosity, can you detail your use of the NXT soap? What size bucket, how much water, and how much soap you used?

I used a 5 gallon bucket, 2.5 to 3 gallons of water along with 3 ounces of NXT Car Wash soap. I always blast the solution with water after making the solution to create my suds. The beading and sheeting action was much better before the wash and during the rinse and subsequent flood process, the water just wasn't sheeting or beading nearly as well.

Well, it sounds like you were at least close, but especially with the strong cleaners in NXT you may want to measure your soap exactly.

It's a lot easier than people realize to double the amount of soap, and just like that you can remove some of your wax.

Yeah. I love the fact that NXT cleans well but I didn't think it would clean that well. Maybe I'll try an ounce less than what I would add (i.e. 2 oz. in 3 gallons of water) and see how that works.
