I was never a very prolific poster or detailer here, but have taken quite a long break from the forum and detailing. This summer I got transferred from SoCal to SW Georgia which kept me away from detailing the whole summer. Prior to that work and family life was so busy I barely had time to wash the cars let alone detail them. Now at my new duty station things have calmed down a bit, and we are slowly getting settled into our new home. I have managed to get the garage organized enough to get my '62 Buick in, which gave me an excuse to take the time to get it cleaned up after getting it shipped out here and it sitting outside for nearly three months. Pics of that work will be posted in the Extreme Makeovers section soon (the pics will explain why it is in that section). Anyway, it is good to be back and be able to a little detailing. I'm just bummed that I never made it to one of the detailing classes while I was in SoCal.
