Re: Auto Geek
I have ordered from Auto Geek more times than I care to admit and I have never had a problem. I am a member on Auto Geek's forum as well - I sent a PM to one of the guys in Customer Service directing him to this thread and asked him for some input as to what is going on. If you like, PM me your order number and I will relay it to him so he can look into it better for you. Any updates I get from him I will post back to this thread.Shane

I buy most of Megs stuff from ADS and ship to my US address, so I forego all of this nonsense. When I am not using ADS I buy from proper auto care. Haven't had much luck with autogeek.----------------------------------

usually their shipping is spot on and customer service and quality in products are the best in the country. sometimes orders back up but i bet you that you will have an extra goodie packed in your order for the late shipping.
now where else in the WORLD will you find good 'ol hospitality like that.
sometimes there are hiccups. don't worry, your in very very good hands.

Same here, Shane. AG is great. All companies goof at one time or another. I just hate that they did it on the OP's first order.

Re: Auto Geek
Never had a prob with AG. For a bigger company their customer service is top notch and very personable. The other vendors mentioned in Canada are great as well, Chris is a great guy even though I never placed an order he was helpfull and Ken at autowerkz is a huge help and has some great products

Re: Auto Geek
Aris, glad to hear everything was taken care of. I hated to hear all the problems you had on your first order. That is definitely enough to never do business with a company again. I'm glad to hear you'll at least give them another chance. Hopefully your next order will go smoothly.
