I just wanted to update on here. My local walmart has a clearance section in automotive. Well they have three rows of about 8 bottles deep of Gold Class car wash. I bought two the other day and they are still $5 EACH!!

The GC is a decent deal, but take note that Meguiars actually reduced the bottle size of it. It's not the larger 64oz bottle that it used to be for about 7 dollars. It's now the same as UQW&W.

Actually that was a special promotion for the GC Wash in a 48 oz size and was for a limited time only

The standard sizes for GC Wash still exist and are sold at a variety of outlets

I think that it is a good idea of 48 oz. for $5. The promotion most likely is because of all the auto part store's having deals of car care products.

If you think about it, this promotion from Meg's is a a marketing strategy to get people to buy and try out the GC wash if they have not done so. Most of the car washes around the same size, all sell at around the same price. Genious
