  • Premium micro-fiber towels

After easter dinner with the family and hunting easter eggs this evening with the kids we went looking for some half way decent micro-fiber towels for door jams and such, I found these at K-mart.

Don't like the ideal using my Supreme Shine micro-fiber towels for door jams so I try to get a decent micro-fiber and found these tonight reduce to $7.00 from $9.99.

As you can see there the 3-pack also same size as the Supreme Shine 16''X24'' so I thought why not. Got them home washed and then dryed on low heat for 30 minutes and man are they super soft fluffy and really thick!!

I will definitely be going back and get me 3 more packs maybe more! I've looked all over for something at least half way decent and these things are pretty amazing for a china made micro-fiber towel and a viking brand on top of that.

Has anyone else seen these or have any?

Nice, they do look very plush, with a thick nap. Let us know how you like them. I just looked, and Amazon is selling the Supreme Shines 3 for 7 dollars now too eligible for free shipping. I believe that is a reduction, they used to be over 8 dollars.

Found these at a outlet store CHEAP!! have $15.00 in all 8 containers, Had to spend 20 minutes hunting down the lids though through all the mess.LOL!!

Now to get a wire rack or something cheap so I can build a shelf for them.

              Hey Ryan

Being curious is a good thing, you stumble upon little tricks and techniques!

As for the books, their my notes that I've printed off and go back from time to time to read or if I have a problem with something or forget something I've got everything in order and organized by sections - tips -tricks etc. There's way to much info about detailing and paints to try to remember so this is my way to know it or help alittle.

              Thanks for asking.

CieraSL, would let those towels touch your good paint or are they good work towels?

After I did my polishing with M105 and Menzerna PO85rd I used them to do an IPA wipedown and didn't have any problems with marring. Also used them one of my parents' cars and didn't see any marring. Should be good!

Yeah I buy 80% or so of my stuff from ADS but just needed a couple or so right now, but does look like I might have stumbled on to a decent micro-fiber I'll try these out to see how I like them and post back.

Do you have any of the micro-fiber your talking about and how do you like them?

Dont thank me for asking, im the one whos thanking you for telling me tips and tricks i didnt knew.

Sometimes it happens that i forget how i did a certain vehicle and what technique i used, and makes it kinda hard when another vehicle (same model, same color, etc...) comes, to remember what i did to another one.

Ill have to start to get organized, im kinda a disorganized young kid ( im only 20 years old ) but keeping things like you do it helps a lot.

                        Thank you!

Wal-mart has some halfway decent ones also. They are made by Microfiber (I think that's what the brand is) and are super plush and thick. Its a 2 pack for a little less than 4 bucks. I have been using them on my paint with no issues of marring. Wal-mart also has the blue and white microfibers, 8 for 5 bucks, and I use them for windows and door jambs. There not that bad and I have not had any marring issues with these either.

Those towels (Viking) are very nice and I haven't had any problems with using them.
