    Meguiar's at DetailFest 5

    I had a great time at DetailFest today and got a lot of useful information on many products I happen to use. This, of course, includes almost everything Meguiar's sells!

    I would like to thank Dave (Sorry, I didn't catch your last name) for enlightening me on the various Meguiar's products I happen to own and also for showing me how to use a rotary. That Flex Rotary felt so good in my hands I was tempted to get one that day! Luckily cooler heads prevailed (i.e. steamed wife at home!) I passed on the rotary for the time being. Still, it feels like something I should look into in the very near future.

    Curiously, Dave was the second person this week to say I looked like Tiger Woods. Too bad I don't have his $$$ also.
    Too much of a good thing is even better!

    AAHHH!! this was in Stuart Fl rite? i got an email about it and wanted to go but it didnt work out hopefully nxt yr! u had a good time??

      Yeah, it's always in Stuart, FL. That's where Autogeek's store is. It's really nice. Seems like they're expanding every year.

      I had a great time. I got a lot of useful information from the vendors that has made me rethink some of the stuff I've heard on the different detailing forums I frequent. I got really crazy in the end when Max (Autogeek owner) announced that the vendors have agreed to give away everything they had on display. It turned into a mad dash to grab as many products as you could get around your arms! Can't wait to go again next year!

        Sounds great. Maybe next year I will go to the other coast.
