    I got a sub 2day....

    I was just lookin @ a local audio shop and i saw one on sale. It was $130. It is a 12" Rocksford Fosgate P2. The model number is P20412. Its a dual coil @ 4 ohms. I was told it is comparable to a Type R. It has a one yr warrentry. And i can get it installed for free. Tips, advice, and comments

    Which was suprising, because I would have guessed that polishing a sub would be Superior Shine Territory

    But polishing off this sub

      Wow $130. They go for $99.99 brand new online with free shipping. Anyways, i had 2 Rockford Fosgate P3's and I didn't like them, they didn't seem to have a good frequency range. I can tell you this though, they need a alot of power to make them hit good and clean. Your instance I would power it with a 300 watt amp and it will pound.
