  • Back from Body Shop!!!

Ok guys, as you may or may not know, my truck had a little incident in Dec just ahead of Christmas, where it decided to go for a joy ride on its own and stop at a concrete barrier pole. Anyway, it finally came out of the body shop and heres what it looked like before and how it looks now.

    Before

    Today

Notice all 3 of the body issues were taken care of this time around. Total cost was $4,330.46 and 6 business days in the shop.

Truck looks really nice. How did it go for a drive by itself? Is that the truck of the future? Looks like an older Dodge to me.

Hey, that beats the heck out of horrible rotary induced holograms though! Surely some micromarring is no match for your abilities.

Wow. Icy roads, huh? Did you go outside and think your truck had been stolen?

Really does look great Zach. Now all you have to do is give it a good detail.

Looks great, Zach. Don't worry about the micro-marring. That will be no match for you. You were going to give it a complete detail after the winter anyway. Glad they did a good job for you.

                          Re: Back from Body Shop!!!

yup, ill just throw some 205 w/ a finishing pad at it here in a month or so. I went over it once with 205 last fall, but 205 removes such little clear im not too worried about going over it again this spring. Body shop guy said wait 30 days to wax it.

Colin, i knew it hadnt been stolen as i could hear my custom exhaust rumbling away, just sounded like it was further than it had sounded when i got out of the truck LOL!
