**URGENT** Public Statement - Please read!

Just for your information, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police has advised me to issue a public statement that someone has been going around the Internet pretending to be me. The person is using my full name, Tim Lingor and/or 2hotford along with a photograph of me on certain sites as his avatar. Please be advised that this person is an impostor and anything that he says should be ignored and/or deleted.

The police are actively seeking this individual and his IP address. If you have any information please contact Constable C. McKinnon of the Kelowna RCMP Detachment at (250)762-3300.

well being by the join date on under his avatar and the amount of posts, im pretty sure this is the "real" tim..i highly doubt an imposter could match his many thousand posts

Good question! We will just to fly the real Tim Lingor out to Roanoke, Virginia (at Meguiar's expense, of course), where he can spend two full days polishing and waxing my Luthien. It if satisfied the high standards of detailing excellence we have come to expect from Tim the Man, then we will have our answer.

Shouldn't any message board that has accounts setup be able to produce the IP address? There should be entry logs for each login and potentially each post.
