  • Taking of leave of absence from the hobby.

    Hey all,

So you've probably noticed that I haven't posted anything in a while or maybe you haven't.

I'm taking a extended break from detailing cars to focus more on school and enjoying life. I've gotten more into the modification of the Jeep and I'll probably continue down that path for a while.

And now that I'm not detailing every weekend, I'm out there using the Jeep and living life, a lesson that's hit me hard lately.

I'm keeping busy with school and work and my other hobbies (remote controlled cars), and detailing just took a lower priority on my to-do list.

I don't know when or if, I'll return to the hobby but I'll probably post every once in a while.

Thanks to all that you guys have done for me and providing a "second family" at times.

    Thanks and see ya around!

    Ryan

Best of luck with the break. R/C hobby is evil. I just sold all my stuff last year. I had 25k in stuff without a doubt. I miss racing once and a while but I don't miss the money I used to spend on them.

Hope to see you around later Ryan. While you probably won't be detailing others cars, I'm sure that there is still gonna be that little detailing voice inside of your head nagging at you to clean your jeep every once in a while haha

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

              I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
              Remove swirls my friends.

I used to be into RC cars.....man. I think I had more in them than my real personal ride!

Somtimes time off makes things more enjoyable when you come back to them.

                  Good luck bro.
