  • Smooth Surface Clay Kit on Clearance @ Target

Looking online at Target, I noticed that they have the Meguiar's Smooth Surface Clay Kit on clearance for $8.58. Talk about a deal!

I don't know if they are offering the same price in the store or if that is an online only price. I'll have to swing by and check it out.

Nope, not in my neck of the woods (must be online only). Was just there and it scanned at full price at $17.19 IIRC.

Target clearance is a HUGE YMMV as each manager controls what they put on clearance.

Yeah, I think that's online only. Great Deal though. Everything at my Target is SO much more than at my Walmart.

Still a good price even with shipping ($15.57). For Some reason the price including shipping goes up to $26.15 when I put 2 of then in the cart. So it's $7 shipping for one and $8.99 each for 2. Um.... I could make 2 separate orders and it would be less. I hate when companies rip off customers on shipping.

BTW - Targets official policy is that their BM stores won't price match to their online store... just in case you were wondering. Also, no "to store" free shipping.

If you go through amazon, the price is 11.58 with free shipping over $25 or free shipping if you have Prime. That makes it $3 less than buying from target.

I will have to check out one of the Targets by my house. It is one of the 4 nationwide they are closing. May have better prices there.

The kits are cheaper at Amazon.com. 11 bucks with free shipping. Not too bad.

I highly doubt my Target will have them, they're selection is pretty skinpy to begin with, just bare necessities....no gift kits, and no clearence items.
O'well, I'll go for the blue clay at the parts store.

Just wanted to mention that I will be recieving my 3 Smooth Surface clay kits sometime today. I paid $4.28 each for the kits through Amazon.com (Target sells through Amazon for some items). With shipping it was around $23 for everything.

Disgustingly cheap - here in Australia they retail for $35 each - one major auto retailer here has discounted them over the Xmas period - still $30!

                            AUD $30 = US $26.81

                            Talk about daylight robbery...

While that may seem high, I'd still pay $27 a kit. I figure that each kit will do each one of my cars, and each car gets done 3-4 times a year. The cost for the year is still reasonable, especailly considering what it does for the surface before laying down the LSP.

That being said, I was thrilled to get 2 on line from Target for $23 with shipping etc.
