  • air intake cleaning question

I have an Airaid cold air intake in my truck, I am about to clean the filter, it is showing some light dirt already. The only cleaning kit I can find locally is the K&N kit, is it ok if I use it even though it is a different brand???

It looks like the same thing to me, the spray cleaner and the oil, couple of guys at autozone assured me it was the same thing, I just want to make sure I dont hurt my baby in any way . I really want to get this done tomorrow

    thx
