Anyone here agree UFC is getting better and better? Penn vs. Sanchez had to have been one of the best fight nights in a while. You ready? You ready? Debate!

Re: Ufc
I'm a UFC freak. I've gotten every event since November of 2005. Saturday's event was one of the best in a while. UFC events are like any other fight - sometimes they're good, sometimes they're not. Every once in a while you'll get one where every fight is awesome. Saturday's was pretty much that way.
Who's next for BJ? I, personally, can't think of any 55'er that could give him a run for his money. With his new training regimine, he has become a force to be reckoned with.
Frank Mir? Good Lord he's huge!! Boy has he ever put on the muscle. He looked great.

Re: Ufc
If Mir keeps it up I don't think anyone will match up to him, he seems to actually want to try now. And for Penn, I don't see ANYONE beating him...His cardio is much better, and after that 1st hit he had that fight in the bag."Every moment frontin and maxin

Re: Ufc
I've always been fond of BJ, but now that he is taking his training seriously (finally!!) he is a beast. I wish Matt Hughes was still fighting so BJ could put a beating on him.
I think Brock is going to be a handful (if he ever recovers and fights again) even for Mir. But I would definitely say if Mir ever had a chance at beating him, it would be now. Mir is HUGE and on a mission!

Re: Ufc
I don't think Brock will ever fight again, and if he does we won't see him for a long time. I honestley thought Sanchez's head was going to explode before he and Penn even touched gloves lol. Im just excited to see it get better and better, now we will have kids wanting to do this from a young age, making it only better!"Every moment frontin and maxin

Re: Ufc
Btw... To Fedor, size and weight from his opponents means nothing. The bigger they are, the harder they fall.

Diego is ridiculous. He is one of the few fighters I can't stand. He is so full of himself and thinks he is the greatest fighter in the world. BJ showed him how great he was.
I would love to get my 4 year old daughter involved in BJJ. Our local MMA training had BJJ for kids, but they cancelled the class due to lack of interest. Dang!!

I loved watching Nate Diaz fight too, i've always liked poeple most dont haha. Tito always seems to be on someones badlist too. I've heard there a few good camps in CO. Plus you got that elevation!"Every moment frontin and maxin

Re: Ufc
At 6' and 230, Fedor could easily make light heavyweight. It would be interesting to see him in the UFC.

Brendan whatever from the most recent Ultimate Fighter is from Denver. Anthony "Rumble" Johnson is from the Broomfield, Co area. And Shane Carwin is from Greeley, Co. All great talent.
I laugh when Joe Rogan talks about people training "at altitude" in Big Bear. Its like 7,000 ft. I live at 8,000 ft and regularly work at nearly 11,500 ft.
