  • Wifi question!!!!!

    i hope there is some good computer ppl out there! Is there a way to get my parents wifi password with out reseting the router??? HELP!!!

      If it's a Linksys, the default router password is a blank user name and password is "admin." If you can get through, you can then change the wi-fi access password.

        I'm sure there are plenty of threads on google that will help you more than a detailing forum's off topic section. We need a router model number before we can begin to help you.

          If your parents have changed the router access password, you aren't going to get any password without majorly messing something up. If it is simply the wifi password, you can get it, but they will be able to tell if someone is using the connection or not if they have an idea of what's going on.

            It's probably none of my business but why would you need their password without them knowing about it? That's why we have passwords....to stop un-authorised acess.
