Kevin, thank you for your reply but unfortunately none of it is providing an answer to my question(s). When I feel that I am, for whatever reason, not given direct answer to a direct question in effort to get subtstantiation behind categorical statement even after repeated attempt then I believe I will for whatever reason not get one period no matter how many times I try, so it is time for me to leave it at this and walk away without it.

P.S. I know Meguiar's has great customer service. However, I was not asking that you sell me on customer service, I was asking that you sell me on feedback circuitry because _that_ is what you have been excited about and making statements on.

Never mind that IMHO "buy it and return it if you don't like it" is not considered a good "sales" method, convincing of "customer" of why he should proceed is done upfront.

Please notice "subtle" yet huge differences that somehow you missed:

1. I did not purchase Griot's to try and return if I don't like it. I purchased it to try it _because_ it has lifetime satisfaction guarantee (if you dig for my posts little bit further back in time you will notice my preference for tools with lifetime warranties is well documented, starting with posts on MOL). In other words, Griot's _did_ convince me upfront. You know quite well that is one of their marketing points and that it is proven to work as advertised.

2. If I am purchasing product to satisfy my curiosity I don't return it later to reseller/manufacturer as I feel that would lack integrity, one shouldn't be abusing resellers/manufacturers causing them monetary loss to play around. When I decide I don't want some tool for reason that is not manufacturer's fault (malfunctioning would be one of situations where I would just return it) I don't return it, I sell it, at my loss.

3. Even if we ignore # 1 and # 2 of why this is not same still Meguiar's officially does _not_ offer _satisfaction_ guarantee. They officially offer _warranty_. In other words, tool breaks within warranty they will take care of it but if tool does _not_ meet what has been advertised to one's expectation person is SOL. Therefore I _do_ need upfront convincing on why I should risk money. And person that was suggesting that is not an official Meguiar's employee so Meguiar's would not have any obligations toward me. "Kevin Brown told me you would take care of it" does not oblige Meguiar's to anything.

In other words: Both of my statements are not in conflict with each other even though you are trying to imply that they are, and my record for consistency remains, just like my statements of what can / can not be achieved with DA remained consistent over the time while same can not be said about statements some very high visibility detailers were making on same subject before they heard about "KB" method and after it.

In any case, now that you pushed this thread up and reminded me of it, does anyone know whatever happened to original topic of this thread? I hope interest did not go away now that Xmas shopping season is over. At least I am still interested to hear what was intended message supposed to be.

Rumors abound of strange new methods; molecular inversion, dilithium crystal powered buffers that do indeed provide more power, etc. Is all quite on the testing front?
